Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Course on Primary Series with Kristina Karitinou
- Everyday early morning Mysore Practice open for all practitioners (regardless of participation in the TTC)
The training will include:
- Self practice (Mysore)
- Led practice
- Analysis of the Asanas
- Teaching techniques (adjustments, verbal guidance, teacher status in class and termi)
